If you’ve never been to Danielle Walker’s Against All Grain blog, you are seriously missing out! Danielle makes amazing recipes, all grain free. She blogs about food, overcoming auto-immune illnesses, and her super adorable kids!
Her most recent cookbook, Celebrations, is a collection of recipes for every occasion. The book is broken down by special event with full menus. Plus the recipes have notes on make ahead tips so that you can prepare as much as you can before the day of your party.
The book covers everything from New Year’s Eve, to Halloween. Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and of course Christmas! Each section gives a main course, sides, drinks, and desserts. The book offers a fun and easy way to plan a party with food that is delicious as well as good for you body.
I have tried so many of Danielle’s recipes over the years. I own both of her previous cook books (which I also recommend), and she has not let me down yet! Celebrations is the same; delicious, reliable recipes that your family will love!
Check out Celebrations, and pick up one of her other two books: Against All Grain and Meals Made Simple. Don’t forget to visit her blog and subscribe to her e-mail newsletter!
I received this book from the Blogging for Books program in exchange for this review. While the book was given to me, the thoughts & opinions on it are all my own!
