Method
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Using a medium cookie scoop scoop the meat and roll each portion into a ball (about 1" in diameter). Place the rolled meatballs into a 9x13" glass baking dish
- Bake the meatballs (uncovered) in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from oven and serve with your favorite sauce!
Notes
If you don't have pork, you can substitute 2 pounds of ground beef instead.
If you are going to be eating the meatballs without sauce, increase the salt a bit as these are not super salty on their own.
