Overnight Steel Cut Oats in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic steel cut oats
  • 4 cups water

Method
 

  1. Mix oats and water in a 1.5 qt slow cooker. Cover and turn on low for about 8 hours or overnight. Serve with your favorite toppings!
  2. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the microwave or stove top with a bit of milk.

Notes

If doubling, use a larger slow cooker!
